Patriarchal Parishes in the United States of America are the canonical branch of the Russian Orthodox Church, combining parishes and monasteries of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) in the United States and Mexico. Established in 1970, simultaneously with the granting of autocephalous for the Orthodox Church in America. The Patriarchal Parishes are administered by the vicar bishop of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.

St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York, built under the guidance of the Holy Martyr Alexander Khotovitskiy and consecrated in 1902 by St. Tikhon (Belavin) is the Ecclesiastical and administrative center of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USA. The second important temple among the Patriarchal Parishes is St. Nicholas Cathedral in San Francisco.

The Patriarchal Parishes in the United States include 32 churches and a monastery, named after St. Mary of Egypt.

The Patriarchal Parishes in the USA are divided into New York City, the Eastern States Deanery, Atlantic States Deanery, Central States Deanery, Deanery of the West (which also includes Holy Protection church in Mexico City, Mexico).

The clergy of the Patriarchal Parishes include 38 staff and 12 out-of-staff priests, 11 staff and 3 out-of-staff deacons, 5 mantle monks.
